StoryFutures Academy Immersive Lab Wraps Up

Simon and 11 other UK-based creatives participated in the first-ever StoryFutures Immersive Games Lab to explore the potential of immersive narratives. Their ultimate goal: create a concept for a new immersive game to be developed within the InGAME research & development centre.

The StoryFutures Academy is the UK’s National Centre for Immersive Storytelling led by the National Film and Television School and partnered by Royal Holloway, University of London and Brunel University. Its funding is provided by the government’s industrial strategy challenge fund and part of the UK Research and Innovation’s Audience of the Future Challenge. StoryFutures seeks to develop creative training and research programmes in immersive storytelling to ensure the UK creative workforce is a world leader in the use of VR, AR and MR.
